National Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

We are Ramcar and our leading brands include SuperCharge Batteries, Marshall Batteries and Exide Batteries. We operate extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand supplying lead acid batteries to customers ranging from large multinationals right through to independent auto electricians and to consumers.

We are seeking for a reliable logical, task oriented and analytical individual to join our team. This position plays a critical role in providing high quality operational support service to the sales team and customers.

What we want in you!

You are a customer oriented person with high passion for service. You are a "can-do" person, nothing is too much and you are at ease with just figuring things out to coordinate and prioritize work. You are great with data entry and exceptional communication skills.

Ideally you will have SAP experience with accounting/finance background.

Your duties will include but won't be limited to:

  • Processing large amounts of national accounts orders
  • Confirming invoices in the system
  • Liaising with customers and field sales
  • Generating reports as required
  • Answering phones
